At level 5, head to get your first professions. The earlier you start the more money you’ll save/make. If you’re completely at a loss after reading the profession section, stick with Skinning and Mining for money, or Tailoring and Enchanting to make all the gear for yourself you will need. At level 10, head over to the next area for your race. It should be fast and easy to get to level 20. Don’t worry if you need some help. Look for more players to help you out.
L e v e l 2 0 – 4 0
At level 20, the areas become faction based instead of based on your race. The areas are easy to go through, but sometimes can get a little stale staying in one place for so long. At level 30, you will get a letter from the riding instructor on your race. When you get around 100 gold, which you should have by now, take a trip to your race’s major city and ask a guard for the stables. You will get a 60% movement speed increase when riding the new mount.
